Interaction Design
At drugstore.com, I have had the opportunity to touch everything from our product details pages to our checkout process. However, no project was more important to the company than the redesign of Beauty.com. I was responsible for all of the UI design for the site and the new recommendation tools.

Information Architecture
As an information architect, I was reponsible for creating the hierarchy of content that appeared on the page. I also supported development efforts by creating site maps, wireframes and functional flow documentation.

This Flash-based project was designed to supplement material I taught in my technical writing class. This format was designed to catch the attention of reluctant writers.

Usability Testing
During my time at the University of Washington, I chose to design and run a complete uability test of UW Catalyst's Portfolio tool for a class project. The final report was then submitted to the Catalyst development team. (PDF)
