You have access to the award-winning work I did at Modem Media, where I managed a number of different responsibilities. I was a marketing copywriter, a technical writer, an information architect, an interface designer and a graphic designer. With all kinds of deadlines and a wide variety of jobs running simultaneously, I felt a little bit like an octopus. My tentacles were into everything.

My experience at Modem exposed me to something that I was passionate about, but I wanted something more than what on-the-job experience would give me. I found what I was looking for in the Master's program in the Department of Technical Communication at the University of Washington. I graduated with a Master of Science degree in December 2005.

Currently I am using my skills and experience at Ascentium to help brands like T-Mobile and Microsoft.
